David Aldrich forecast: Showers and storms at times this weekend with more humidity

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – While this weekend may not be perfect in terms of outdoor conditions, showers and storms will be on the move at times this weekend with more humidity. Some of this weekend’s storms may be strong to severe.

Tonight, look for lows in Lexington, for example, in the lower 60s.

The chance of rain and storms on Saturday is running around 40%.

During the day on Sunday, however, showers and storms should be spotty in nature, 20% chance, but increasing well after dark and before sunrise on Monday. If storms roll in at that time, the clouds associated with these storms may inhibit the viewing of the total lunar eclipse here in central Kentucky. Stay tuned.
