Singer Al Stewart concert May 22 in Columbus canceled due to COVID diagnosis

Al Stewart's performance in Columbus has been canceled.

The concert by Scottish singer-songwriter Al Stewart, best-known for “The Year of the Cat” and “Time Passages,” which was scheduled for May 22 at the Southern Theatre, has been canceled, as confirmed by CAPA publicist Rolanda Copley.

According to his website, Stewart tested positive for COVID on May 11, and is resting at home. All concerts before his May 28 appearance in Utah have been canceled.

No information is available about possible rescheduling of the show.
