It’s been four years since model, actress, and author Emily Ratajkowski married producer Sebastian Bear-McClard and they bought their first home together. The three bedroom, three bathroom space, which is located in East Los Angeles’s Echo Park neighborhood, cost them $2 million back in 2018. Now, a year after Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard welcomed their first child, they’ve listed the place for $2.2 million, per Dirt.

The property features two post and beam structures, the first of which was built in 1946, while the second, larger building came in 1963. Both still feature a decidedly midcentury style, with wood paneled ceilings in the living area of the main house and exposed wooden beams in the guest home, though the bathrooms, kitchen, and fixtures throughout have been updated to modern standards. The main house’s living space and kitchen are drenched in light and largely double height, with an additional loft-like living space upstairs overlooking the ground floor and leading to the guest bedroom and accompanying bathroom. Located on the first floor, the primary suite enjoys tall ceilings as well, plus a spacious ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, and direct access to the outdoor space.

Outside, a large deck connects the bedroom, living space, and guest house together, and offers a covered outdoor dining area. Stairs lead down to the rest of the backyard, which includes two additional distinct seating areas and a hot tub and fire pit in a secluded corner.
