Latunski's lawyer and the prosecution appeared in Judge Matthew Stewart courtroom in Shiawassee County on Wednesday afternoon to question the individual who conducted the most recent competency evaluation of Latunski.
Judge Stewart said that he expects a trial date to be set soon, after Latunski has been found competent to stand trial.
The Judge adjourned saying he expects to set a trial date for the fall, once an opening has been found in Latunski's attorney's schedule.
