LAWRENCE COUNTY —A Missouri man died in an accident just after 4:30p.m. Tuesday in Lawrence County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2003 Ford Focus driven by Earnestine Smith, 77, Crane, was southbound on Route T three miles north of Marionville.
The Ford struck a stopped 2007 Chevy pickup driven by Tyler L. Wise, 25, Marionville. The Ford then traveled off the road, struck a utility pole and overturned.
Crane was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City.
