Charles “Chuck” Koenig is a 58 year-old man standing at 6 feet tall and weighing 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Koenig is currently wanted on four outstanding warrants including:

-Order to apprehend for probation violations
-24/7 violation
-Driving under suspension (2)
