OZARK, Ala. (WDHN) — A standout Carroll volleyball player signed the dotted line to play at Andrew College in Cuthbert Georgia.
Hannah Lewis was described as an excelling student and a player of character by her coach and athletic director.
This past year, Lewis showed her versatility – playing multiple positions behind the net– eventually becoming a defensive specialist.
Her first-year coach — Cara Tafoya described her as a force to be reckoned with.
Lewis said Andrew College is the perfect landing spot to further her career.
“When I first met my coach it was like we knew each other for years, and it’s a nice community especially with me not coming from a big town it’s gonna be easy to dial right into it,” Lewis said.
Lewis said she’ll be ready to play any position and bring the energy that will help her team win games.
