A housebound dog's hilarious "temper tantrum" at being told they cannot go out to the park has gone viral on TikTok.
Percy the Doberman Pinscher threw her toys out of the pram after her owner refused to take her out and about in New York City, where she lives, as she is "sick and in heat."
What followed was a meltdown for the ages and one caught on camera by her much-amused human companion.
In the clip, which was uploaded to social media under the handle irenesusername, Percy can be seen yowling at the sky and yapping in the direction of her owner while the onscreen caption reads: "throwing a temper tantrum [because] I won't take her to the park since she's sick AND in heat."

She chews at her human's hand, buries her head into the couch and can be seen generally writhing around, evidently desperate to vent all that pent up energy.
At two different points she even appears to be contemplating chewing at another dog friend's tail, though ultimately resists. The video can be watched here.
While Percy may not be happy at having to stay at home, her owner is doing the right thing where her pet pooch is concerned.
The People's Dispensary for Sick Animals acknowledges that while dogs "need 1-2 hours of exercise per day" to stay fit and healthy, it's a different scenario altogether if the canine is unwell.
"Resting is an important part of recovery," they explain. "Rest them as much as your vet advises, and find other ways to keep them entertained so they don't get bored and frustrated."
Percy may be a frustrated pooch but she's better off indoors.
Though that may be causing issues for her owner, she can at least console herself with the fact Percy's grumpy doggy antics have won her a whole legion of new fans.
Pet lovers have been flocking to the video, which has racked up 4.1 million views, to comment on the dog's prima donna ways.
Bellafedeli was convinced Percy wanted to get out to the park so she could meet potential male canine suitors. "She just wants to find the love of her life," she joked.
Poppygriffiths_ commented: "People think huskies are dramatic... NAH get yourself a Doberman," while that_guy_nik sympathized writing that his "doberman puppy will literally scream at us" when they don't get their way.
Mmmayana branded Percy "a drama queen," with Bunniekrei amused at the fact she clearly had "the huffs" with her owner.
Elonmusksloofa offered similar sympathy, noting: "My dog throws fits daily just like this because I won't give him a bite of my food."
Elsewhere, jbooogiewitahooodie praised Percy's owner for keeping her at home when ill and in heat. "Thank you for being responsible," they said.
