After a senior prank, a little more than 2 dozen students have been disciplined at Sequatchie County High School, according to Sequatchie County Director of Schools Sarai Pierce.
Pierce says the students entered the building over the weekend and turned over desks and other items.
"The school administration is using this as a learning opportunity for its students," Pierce told us.
Pierce says some students also put toothpicks on the school's football field.
She tells us surveillance cameras were rolling at the time of the prank, and that helped school officials identify the students quickly.
Pierce says as punishment, "The students are spending time this week helping clean inside the schools."
The seniors' graduation status has not been affected by this prank, according to Pierce.
