George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic to Play at Sweetland Amphitheatre July 3rd

George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic are coming to Sweetland  Amphitheatre on Sunday, July 3, 2022. Tickets go on presale tomorrow,  Tuesday, May 10th at 10:00 a.m. Tickets go on sale to the public  Wednesday, May 11th at 10:00 a.m. Please purchase tickets only through sweetlandamp.com. Tickets cannot be guaranteed when  purchased through third party vendors. 

Recording both as Parliament and Funkadelic, George Clinton  revolutionized R&B during the ’70s, twisting soul music into funk by  adding influences from several late-’60s acid heroes: Jimi Hendrix,  Frank Zappa, and Sly Stone.
