Mentor Public Library is hosting an online program about the career, life and legacy of movie star John Wayne at 6:30 p.m., May 25.

For more than three decades, Wayne was one of the most popular film stars in the world, starring in classics like “Stagecoach,” “Rio Bravo,” “The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance” and “True Grit.” Hollywood historian Sal St. George will review Wayne’s career and share clips of him at his finest, according to a news release.
