The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Kirksville man in Adair County on Friday, May 6 on a federal U. S. Marshals warrant for trafficking.
Fifty-one-year-old Don Kinsman was taken to the Adair County Jail. An arrest report shows he was to be held on no bond.
