Picture her on a school playground at recess.

A kindergarten student, only six-years-old.

Her name was Kerrigan.

Inside the Kendall County Courthouse, her home life was graphically described by First Assistant State’s Attorney Mark Schlifka. Prepare yourself to see inside the house on Boulder Hill Pass.

The prosecution pushed these opinions towards the judge.

Here is testimony from an Oswego School District 308 school psychologist provided by Schlifka.

Her parents were found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for giving Kerrigan the prescription drug pill Olanzipine to help her sleep.

How many other children live in the world little Kerrigan experienced?

Every year the school playground is missing another voice.
