After a relevant, record-breaking career at Iowa State, former Cyclone QB Brock Purdy begins his time in the NFL as Mr. Irrelevant. the title bestowed upon the last pick of the NFL Draft every year since 1976.

Jokes aside, Purdy is looking to carve out a relevant professional career the same way he did in college.
The former Cyclones signal caller burst onto the scene in 2018 as a true freshman and finished his decorated tenure as Iowa State's all-time leader in passing yards, touchdowns and total offense.
His selection in the NFL draft was the first for an Iowa state quarterback since Seneca Wallace in 2003.

Much like he did when he first arrived on campus in Ames, he's looking to make the most of the opportunity.
