CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Police arrests caught on video are all over the news these days.

But controversial arrests are nothing new.

Thirty years ago, the most infamous case of all played out in Los Angeles.

It started with video of police beating Rodney King during an arrest.

It ended with the L-A riots.
