Trempealeau County Man Sentenced for Child Pornography Possession

By TJ May 5, 2022 | 11:42 AM

MADISON, Wis. (KWNO)-A Trempealeau County man has been sentenced to 18 years in prison for possession of child pornography.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Wisconsin announced that 41-year-old Levi A. Robb pled guilty to the charges earlier this year. The sentence stems from a 2020 incident when a 10-year-old girl told her father that Robb assaulted her several years prior.

Eau Claire County authorities discovered two phones that contained child pornography when they arrested Robb. One phone had photos from the assault of the 10-year-old when she was between the ages of five and seven.

U.S. District Judge William Conley called Robb’s conduct “reprehensible beyond words” and said the gravity of the defendant’s conduct warranted a sentence above the mandatory minimum allowed by law.

He will serve 20 years of supervised release following his 18-year prison sentence.
