Sheriff Standard presents Foster with scholarship

CANTON—This year the recipient for the Fulton County Sheriffs’ Association Scholarship is Emily Foster, daughter of Matthew and Brandy Foster, Canton.

The scholarship was recently presented to Foster by Fulton County Sheriff Jeff Standard.

Emily has plans to attend Spoon River College.

Each year the Illinois Sheriffs’ Association provides over $50,000 in scholarship opportunities to college students from each county in Illinois.
