In addition to being sold exclusively on tap at Hotel Covington, the public can purchase single bottles of the beet at Hotel Covington's retail shop. The bottles cost $14 each.The stout spent six months finishing its aging process in Hotel Covington's five-year anniversary New Riff private selection barrel.Officials say Fuel Injection has a pleasant chocolate aroma with a rich palate of vanilla, caramel, toffee and oak.Fuel Injection is available on tap at Hotel Covington's Coppin's from 11 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.Hotel Covington is located at 638 Madison Ave. in Covington.
