A new 16.2% double barrel-aged imperial stout is now available exclusively at Hotel Covington.Hotel Covington teamed up with Braxton Brewing and New Riff Distillery to offer the new stout called Fuel Injection. In addition to being sold exclusively on tap at Hotel Covington, the public can purchase single bottles of the beet at Hotel Covington's retail shop. The bottles cost $14 each.The stout spent six months finishing its aging process in Hotel Covington's five-year anniversary New Riff private selection barrel.Officials say Fuel Injection has a pleasant chocolate aroma with a rich palate of vanilla, caramel, toffee and oak.Fuel Injection is available on tap at Hotel Covington's Coppin's from 11 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.Hotel Covington is located at 638 Madison Ave. in Covington.
