Images of the Week: André Leon Talley Is Remembered in Harlem
The legendary Vogue editor André Leon Talley’s memorial was held on Friday at The Abyssinian Baptist Church Harlem, New York. Friends of the late editor including Naomi Campbell, Gayle King, and Marc Jacobs attended the service.
Last weekend, Simone Leigh and Sonia Boyce won the Golden Lions at the Venice Biennale, marking the first time the top honors went to a Black woman artist in the event’s 127-year history.
