Spring Babies
The incessant wind we have been having lately has had more than a few people not appreciating the beauty of the spring season. So a drive around the countryside was in order to put a more positive spin on a season marked with drier than normal conditions and what seems to be non-stop wind.
The new beginnings of life could be seen everywhere from wildflowers starting to peek out, trees budding, and of course the babies. The mama horses and their babies were found just north of Bethune, while the calves and their mothers were photographed both north and south of Bethune. The baby goats were found on the farm of Deena and Greg Ziegler southeast of Stratton.
