With Met Gala Monday just a few days away, I assumed celebrities like Saweetie and Lizzo would be taking a break from over-the-top beauty looks until they step foot on the red carpet. Man, was I wrong. On Thursday, April 28, Saweetie posted an icy Instagram Story, showing off some bling on both her neck and nails. Those aren't the only accessories that grabbed my attention, though: her frosty new lob is so damn good that it deserves its very own special shout-out.
If there's one thing Saweetie is always slaying, it's some intricate nail art. The rapper is giving "too cool for school" with this Def Leppard T-shirt on, and its blue sleeves just bring more attention to the bubble gum pink and blue 3D jelly nails shown in this selfie video. And when it comes to this effortlessly stylish bob Saweetie is rocking, I'm really starting to think this is the haircut of the summer. It's even tempting me to cut my own wavy hair to shoulder length before I second guess myself.
