Brandi Glanville is used to rumors. But the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is usually the one spreading them. Now she’s on the other end of it and defending herself from online gossip that she got plastic surgery. After posting a video of herself on Instagram to promote her podcast, trolls flooded her comment section. They mocked her appearance and accused her of overdoing everything from fillers to a facelift. One even tagged the show Botched and asked them to help Brandi fix her face.
Brandi clapped back by posting a meme that read, “My GIVE A F–K is still broken, but my GO F–K YOURSELF is fully functional.” She captioned it, “Always functional.” Clearly, she had enough of the rude comments. Now Brandi is revealing what really happened to her altered appearance.
As reported by Page Six, Brandi took to Twitter to explain. She tweeted, “Ok I’m saying this once I had periodontal (gum) surgery on the right side of my mouth on my back right side because I had a cavity below the gum line.” Brandi added, “It is infected and swollen I am on my second round of antibiotics and when I do get plastic surgery I will be the first to say.”
Sadly, this isn’t the first time Brandi has had an incident that got people talking. In 2021, Brandi was using an at home psoriasis light treatment. She accidentally used the light for too long and suffered 2nd degree burns as a result. Brandi tweeted a pictured of her badly burned and peeling face on Twitter. She wrote, “I’m still swollen and having people attack my looks just makes me feel like I never wanna leave my house and I just want to cry. My retinas were burned my eyelashes burned off I couldn’t open my eyes three days the light was so painful.”
Back in 2020, in an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, she admitted to Andy Cohen that she had botox and fillers but denied having anything else done.
Regardless, the heat will likely be turned up on Brandi again when Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip comes out. She was cast for season 2 and reportedly got into it with multiple castmates. She immediately butt heads with Vicki Gunvalson, who accused her of being “so mean.” Dorinda Medley, who hosted the series at her home, Blue Stone Manor, slammed Brandi for calling it “Dead Stone Manor.” Dorinda has since revealed that Brandi apologized and they still keep in touch.
