A judge has denied a pair of new orders filed by attorneys in the case of Chad Daybell.

According to the statement, the orders were received from the defense and prosecution attorneys.

Chad's defense attorneys filed to dismiss the indictment against him and was ultimately denied by the judge.

The judge also denied a motion by prosecutors asking the judge to reconsider moving the trial from Fremont County, Idaho.

The trial was previously decided to be moved to Ada County at the courthouse in Boise.

Chad and Lori are set for separate trials in Ada County; Lori's will be held in October and Chad's will be in January.

Both are charged with the deaths of Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow, while Chad Daybell was also indicted for first-degree murder in the death of his former wife, Tammy Daybell.
