In another video, Holland is captured whistling and filming Zendaya as she is introduced in the theater.
Later in the day, the couple are seen in photos published by People smiling widely while enjoying each other’s company in London.
April 9, 2024: Zendaya gushes about Tom in a new interview.
In a new interview, the Challengers star opens up about her relationship with Holland, who is set to appear in a West End production of William Shakespeare’s classic Romeo and Juliet.
Zendaya says she “could not be more proud” of Holland’s work in the play, adding, “I’m going to try to see as many shows as I possibly can.”
She also praises her actor boyfriend’s ability at handling overnight fame after the two were cast as MJ and Peter Parker in Marvel’s 2017 Spider-Man: Homecoming. “We were both very, very young, but my career was already kind of going, and his changed overnight. February 22, 2024: Zendaya praises Tom’s “rizz” game.
In an interview with Buzzfeed, Zendaya praises her boyfriend for his “natural gift.”
When asked who in the Dune: Part Two cast has the most rizz, Zendaya jokingly replies, “Me. Hello?” before admitting, “I don’t know. ‘Rizz’ is short for charisma, right? Everybody’s kind of got their own.”
She then uses her answer as an opportunity to gush about Holland. “I think someone who has beautiful charisma, not on the Dune cast, but I personally—works for me—is Mr. Tom Holland,” she says. “I’m more shy and kind of quiet, so it takes a little bit more to pull me out of my shell. But he’s great at just talking to people and getting to know people. You see him on talk shows and stuff like that. He’s just naturally very good at that. Whereas for me, I’ve definitely had to pull it out of me a little bit. So, he’s got that natural gift.”

Weeks after joking that his so-called “rizz” with Zendaya was getting to channel his romantic feelings with her onscreen (and “blur the lines a little bit”), Holland expands on this sentiment during an appearance on Wondery’s SmartLess podcast, when he says his shared experiences with Zendaya in Hollywood have been significant for their relationship.

In an interview with BuzzFeed, Holland jokes about his limited sense of “rizz” while hinting at his romance with Zendaya.
“I have no rizz whatsoever. I have limited rizz,” he tells the outlet. “I need you to fall in love with me, really, for it to work. So, long game. Probably making a movie with each other. Definitely helps when the characters you’re playing are falling in love with one another—you can sort of blur the lines a little bit. That’s kind of where my rizz is at. And I’m, you know, I’m locked up, so I’m happy and in love. So I’ve got no need for rizz.”
He also opens up about his and Zendaya’s digital communication style, revealing that the Euphoria star often spams him with memes.

April 19, 2023: Zendaya praises Tom for always supporting her.
Zendaya speaks to Entertainment Tonight about her heavy role in Euphoria, and why she has been glad to have boyfriend Holland in her corner.
“I think it’s great to have that support and love around you, because you need that,” she tells the outlet at Euphoria’s For Your Consideration event.
She adds that spending time with Holland keeps her grounded and helps her detach from the storyline of the HBO Max drama. “This isn’t an easy job, so it’s good to have that to free you up from it every now and then,” she says.
Holland told IMDb last December that he had visited the Euphoria set “at least 30 times” during season 2. And Zendaya confirmed to ET at the time that Holland “supported me through the whole season.”
