Broberg was called up from AHL Bakersfield on Wednesday, per CapFriendly.
Broberg will be extra defensive depth for the Oilers in their last two games of the regular season. He recently recovered from an ankle injury that cost him a month of action in Bakersfield. It's unclear if the 20-year-old will play Thursday versus the Sharks.
