WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso Shown Calling Cop 'Assh--e' in DUI Arrest Video

Video of WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso's DUI arrest in July shows the pro wrestling veteran taking issue with something the arresting officer said.

In the video released by TMZ Sports, the police officer said, "I'm hoping you beat it this time, too," in reference to the field sobriety test they were about to administer to Uso.

Uso made several comments that confirmed his agitation with what the officer said, including, "You're an assh--e. You're the one that's worse. You had a remark—you made a remark you shouldn't have did."

The officer responded by saying: "I think you misunderstood. So, I'm sorry. I was actually being nice. But, I'm sorry."

Police said Uso's blood-alcohol content came back .202 and .205, both of which are over the legal limit.

Uso was arrested and charged with misdemeanor DUI, but he pleaded no contest this month and completed courses to satisfy the plea.

Uso was arrested on DUI-related charges one time previously in 2019 as well.

The 36-year-old's most recent arrest occurred shortly after he returned to in-ring action after more than a year on the shelf.

Uso suffered a torn ACL during a ladder match at WrestleMania 36 in April 2020, and it wasn't until May 2021 that he officially returned to WWE programming.

Jimmy aligned himself with his twin brother, Jey Uso, and their cousin, Roman Reigns, forming The Bloodline. About one week before Jimmy's arrest, he and Jey won the SmackDown Tag Team Championships.

There was speculation among fans whether Jimmy would be punished by WWE or if The Usos would be made to relinquish the titles, but no disciplinary measures were made public.

Since winning the SmackDown Tag Team Championships at last year's Money in the Bank pay-per-view, The Usos haven't lost them, holding them for nearly 300 days.

At WrestleMania Backlash next month, Jimmy and Jey are set to face Raw tag team champions RK-Bro in a winner-take-all title match.
