On April 18 officers were dispatched to 114 West 4th Street in Washington for a report of a domestic. As a result, Bonnie Tessier, of Washington, was arrested on pending charges of Domestic Battery. Tessier was held at the Washington County Jail until her release on a $1,000 bond.
