Beulah Mae Carter, 98, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Pioneer Manor Nursing Home, Hugoton, Kansas.

Beulah Mae was a lifelong resident of Stevens County. She was born August 14, 1923, in Hugoton, Kansas to Gainum and Ella Ardelia (Standley) Dumcum.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 10:30 AM, at First Christian Church, in Hugoton, Kansas with Pastor Heath Kelley presiding.
