Brandi Glanville denies plastic surgery, blames gum infection for new look

Brandi Glanville shut down rumors that she got plastic surgery, explaining her face is swollen due to a gum infection.

“Ok I’m saying this once I had periodontal (gum) surgery on the right side of my mouth on my back right side because I had a cavity below the gum line,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 49, tweeted Monday.

“It is infected and swollen I am on my second round of antibiotics and when I do get plastic surgery I will be the first to say,” she added.

Fans began to speculate that Glanville had gone under the knife after she posted video clips from her “Unfiltered” podcast to her Instagram feed over the last week.

“Is that a Brandi imposter with bad plastic surgery? Holy s–t!!! That’s bad, real bad,” one user commented on the reality star’s April 18 video.

“Filler overload If I looked like u I wouldn’t know what to do tbh,” another person commented on her April 22 selfie.

“@botchedtv please help this woman out, her face is falling off,” someone else wrote, referring to the E! plastic surgery transformation show, under an April 22 video.

Glanville initially responded to the internet trolls by posting an Instagram graphic that read, “My GIVE A F—K is still broken, but my GO F–K YOURSELF is fully functional.”

She captioned the post, “Always functional.”

The mom of two previously suffered second-degree burns on her face from an “accident with a psoriasis light” in December 2020.

“I’m still swollen and having people attack my looks just makes me feel like I never wanna leave my house and I just want to cry,” she tweeted in March 2021. “My retinas were burned my eyelashes burned off I couldn’t open my eyes three days the light was so painful.”

Glanville has fessed up to getting Botox and fillers every now and then, but she denied getting any other work done during a “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” appearance in July 2020.
