WOODSON COUNTY—A Kansas man was injured in an accident just before 9:30p.m. Monday in Woodson County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2005 Honda ATV driven by Audiss, Tyson J. Audiss, 41, Yates Center, was eastbound on West Skinner Street just west of Main Street.
The ATV left the roadway, struck a tree and the driver was ejected and struck another tree.
EMS transported Audiss to Wesley Medical Center. He was not wearing a helmet, according to the KHP.
