EastEnders star Maisie Smith has hinted that she's set to star in a new project following her exit from the BBC soap.
The actress, who previously featured on Strictly Come Dancing, rose to fame playing Tiffany Butcher on EastEnders. Her final scenes on the series aired last December.
Since her exit, Maisie has remained tight-lipped about her future plans. However, on Monday (April 25), she posted a picture on her Instagram Stories of herself reading through a new script.
The star didn't share any more details, however, leaving it up to fans to guess whether the actress has been cast in a TV show, movie or even on the West End.

In March, it was reported that Maisie would be joining the likes of Vernon Kay and Alison Hammond for the BBC reboot of Friends Like These.
It's also been rumoured that Maisie could be set to make an appearance on the forthcoming celebrity version of Channel 4's SAS: Who Dares Wins.
Smith is soon to be joining Strictly Come Dancing's summer tour, stepping back out onto the ballroom floor in venues across the country this summer.
She will join CBBC presenter Rhys Stephenson to headline the all-new Strictly Presents: Keep Dancing shows, which are set to run this June and July.
"I'm very excited to continue my Strictly journey once more. Especially as this show will be very different from the arena tour," Maisie said.
"And to be giving audiences a unique glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes at the Strictly TV show is a real treat."
EastEnders airs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One and streams on BBC iPlayer.
