UPDATE: The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has confirmed the second body has been recovered from the bay.
Troopers say two adult men were recovered.
One has been identified as 87-year-old Willis Smith of Sapulpa.
The other man has not yet been identified, but troopers say he's a 74-year-old from Sapulpa.
According to OHP, their boat became disabled and capsized causing both men to fall into the water.
Smith was recovered around 5 p.m. The other victim was found near 8 p.m. Both were found in 22 feet of water.

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) -- The Pawnee County Sheriff's Office is currently on the scene of a possible double drowning on Keystone Lake, in the Cowskin Bay area.
One body has been recovered so far but has not yet been identified. Emergency crews are on scene searching for the second.
Local fire departments and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol have responded to the scene.
