Zedd, the world-famous, Grammy-winning DJ and music producer, is parting ways with his sprawling Beverly Hills estate, this time for $3.5 million less than he was asking last summer. Now, it’s back on the market for $23 million.

Located in the prestigious, private enclave of Beverly Hills in Benedict Canyon neighborhood, the home was first purchased by the DJ in 2018 for $16 million. Zedd, whose real name is Anton Zaslavski, purchased the home from MLB Anaheim Angels pitcher C.J. Wilson. The neighborhood is a celebrity magnate for its privacy, and past residents include Jay Leno, Bruce Springsteen, David Geffen, and others.

Perfect for those seeking seclusion and space, the estate is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and set behind private gates with a winding driveway. The home itself is 11,043 square feet and has five bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It sits on three acres with incredible panoramic views from every room, a patio and a rooftop deck. It’s also listed by Emma Hernan, the newest cast member on Netflix’s hit show Selling Sunset and a real estate agent with The Oppenheim Group. The show’s fifth season recently debuted on April 22.

“What I feel makes the property so special is its sheer scale and proportions overall, located on a coveted and rare promontory in Benedict Canyon, which actually is the geographical center of Los Angeles,” Hernan tells Forbes. “It is a magnificent contemporary compound that checks all of the boxes for the most discerning buyers in the luxury marketplace.”

Upon entering the home, you are welcomed by a grand foyer with high ceilings and water features, plus an atrium with an olive tree. The home has dual living rooms with incredible fireplaces and nearly every room is ensconced in floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views.

The entire home has a modern style with warm, bespoke materials but also sleek futuristic elements, resulting in a clean, finished look. A floating staircase leads to the second floor, which is where the sumptuous primary suite is located. It spans the entire second floor and even has a grand fireplace, two walk-in closets, a privacy balcony, and a bathroom with a steam shower.

Since he purchased the home, he made some additions, which includes a built-in vacuum underneath the cabinets and evens a Skittles vending machine. According to an Architectural Digest article in 2018, he was in the process of transforming the detached four-car garage into a music studio. In the article he also said he decorated the home himself and added pieces from his personal art collection throughout the home.

Other features include a home theater, which is fully soundproof, as well as an indoor-outdoor gym, and billiards room. Outside, there is an infinity pool, spa, lounge area and box gardens. Plenty of lawn space makes the home perfect for outdoor entertaining, lawn games, or interacting with friends. The home is incredibly dreamy, night or day.

Zedd has appeared on Forbes’ list of the world’s highest-paid DJs in 2018, as well as Forbes’ 30 Under 30 List in 2017.
