According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Singh Bahadur, 34, of Manteca, Calif., was headed east on I-40.
About 8 a.m. Saturday, his semi-trailer began to lift off the interstate due to a severe crosswind.
Bahadur attempted to get the trailer back onto its wheels, but the truck and trailer traveled into the center median and rolled onto its left side about seven miles east of Adrian.
