Star Magazine, in its upcoming May 2, 2022 issue, reported that Tiger Woods is not planning to be married sans a prenuptial agreement to protect his money and properties. Though the golfer has been dating Erica Herman for almost five years now, he still wants to have all of his assets secured.

An unnamed source told the publication:

"Tiger won't wed without legal paperwork to protect his finances and assets. He's been burned before and doesn't want to get taken to the cleaners again."

"Erica is okay with making a deal but not if it leaves her high and dry, so she's digging in hard for the best terms. She feels he owes it to her."

Erica Herman did not leave Tiger Woods' side after his near-fatal car crash in 2021. The informant further told Star Magazine:

"The way Erica sees it, she's proven that she's not a gold digger. She deserves a little security should things not work out."

Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Against Tiger Woods' Restaurant

Meanwhile, a judge found The Woods Jupiter cannot be held responsible for the December 2018 crash that killed Nicholas Immesberger. However, Circuit Judge Samantha Schosberg-Feuer has agreed to look at the case again at a hearing set for June.

The Palm Beach County judge said evidence showed Immesberger, just like other employees, helped himself to pineapple slices soaked in vodka and alcoholic drinks before leaving the restaurant to head home. In the 15-page ruling, she said:

“There is no evidence that Immesberger paid The Woods, or was asked to pay, for any of the alcoholic beverages he consumed on Dec. 10, 2018."

Circuit Judge Samantha Schosberg-Feuer, citing a series of Florida Supreme Court decisions, said restaurants and bars can be held liable for a patron's demise only if they "knowingly" serve a minor or a person "habitually addicted" to alcohol.

Tiger Woods and Erica Herman, who managed the restaurant, were named in the lawsuit. However, they were later dropped when there are no enough pieces of evidence to prove that they were at the diner on the day of the tragic crash.
