Lindsay Lohan is joining the podcast world with a brand-new series!
Yesterday, the Mean Girls alum shared the official poster for her new podcast, titled The Lohdown with Lindsay Lohan. Fans will be able to listen to the series quite soon. Lohan herself confirmed the new podcast will premiere next Tuesday, April 26.
The Freaky Friday actress wrote in the caption, “Excited to share my new podcast with you!” alongside a hand-waving emoji.
Lohan also shared a short audio clip with her followers, where she gave a brief overview of the podcast. Her 2004 single “Rumors” played in the background and she told listeners far and wide: “Hello, world. It’s me, Lindsay Lohan. I’m here to tell you about my brand-new podcast, The Lohdown.”
“I want The Lohdown to be a place where you can get to know me—the 100% authentic me,” she added. “Having starred in dozens of movies and TV shows, I’m usually the one being interviewed. But now it’s my turn to ask all the questions, to dig deep and hear all about the fascinating and wonderful things that my guests are doing in their lives.”
Back in October, The Parent Trap actress announced that she would be launching her own podcast on Instagram. Lohan eagerly shared the news with fans, writing, “I’m excited to partner with Studio 71 in the development and production of my podcast. I’m looking forward to connecting more with my fans and having intimate conversations with thought leaders and friends across all industries. [cool face emoji].”
