UPDATE, APR. 21, 10:54 PM:
Officials from the Redding Fire Department said they are continuing their work to contain a second-alarm structure fire at a two-story heavy-timber office building on Park Marina Drive.
The fire is currently burning in the upper level of the Outrigger Building: a wooden office building at 1901 Park Marina Drive housing three tenants including an accounting office and a bankruptcy attorney's office.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation as crews continue to reach full containment on the blaze. Due to the building's wooden construction, RFD said their crews are dealing with additional flare-ups on the roof towards the rear of the building but have reduced flames significantly.
Additionally, Redding Police say Park Marina remains closed between Sundial Bridge Drive and Rome Avenue in both directions. The road is expected to be closed until firefighters can better contain the blaze.
Due to the additional flare-ups, RFD said full extinguishment could take several hours.

Firefighters are currently at the scene of a fully-involved structure fire off of Park Marina in Redding.
According to SHASCOM, firefighters are currently working to contain the fire at the Outrigger Building: a two-story, heavy-timber office building at 1901 Park Marina Drive.
Redding Police says Park Marina Drive is closed between Sundial Bridge Drive and Rome Avenue, in both directions, while crews work the blaze.
