Pictured above is Jackson Walters (8) on the left and Jake Zserdin (23) on the right in action at the Guthrie 89er Days Tournament last weekend. The Bluejays went 3-1 on the weekend, beating Harrah 6-5 and Duncan 6-5 on April 14 and then Ponca City on April 15. The Bluejays lost in the championship game 4-1 to Midwest City on Saturday afternoon, April 16. The Bluejays started their week with a 12-2 district loss in Piedmont on April 12. The Bluejays then beat Carl Albert 8-7 on Monday night April 18 and were scheduled to play again last night in Midwest City. They travel to Perry on Thursday and play El Reno on Friday night April 22 in a district make-up game. The Guymon doubleheader that was rained out earlier this month is now scheduled for April 28 in Guthrie. Photos by Brett Tennyson
