Current AEW coach Jerry Lynn, and former wrestler in about every major company you can name, is finally opening a wrestling school. The school, named The FXE Wrestling Training And Performance Academy, is based out of Hendersonville, Tennessee and is being ran by both Lynn and former independent wrestler AJ Gallant. Current NWA star Thom Latimer is also listed as a trainer.
The school was originally based out of Orlando, Florida when Gallant first opened it in 2004. Gallant was an inaugural member of The Shawn Michaels Wrestling Academy, which brought the school to great popularity before it closed in December 2008.
FXE, under the new duo of Gallant and Lynn, will offer weekly classes and produce CRUSH Live events that will be streaming nationwide -- as well as a weekly YouTube program.
The facility is being touted as the only million dollar independent facility in the country, as it features 8 offices, 2 lounge viewing areas, 2 restrooms/changing rooms. The property is also completed gated.
