The evolution of
Corey Perry from Hart Trophy level scorer to fourth line grinder / enforcer is an interesting story. Once an elite scorer in the league, "The Worm" finds himself crashing & banging rather than ending the night on the highlight reel.
The cool thing about Perry is that his ability to finish & pass is still relevant, just not as outward as it once was. It seems like he's bought into the notion that if he wants to win he will have to do whatever it takes.
