Star Wars sequel trilogy's John Boyega would jump at the chance to appear in Bridgerton.
The raunchy period drama returned to Netflix last month for its second season after catapulting the likes of Regé-Jean Page and Phoebe Dynevor to household name status, and by the sounds of it, Boyega's been a fan from afar.
Chatting to Metro, the actor addressed the possibility of joining this Regency-era universe.

"Oh absolutely! I would, I'm all about versatility. That's what we were taught especially in drama school, we were taught about roles that wouldn't necessarily come our way but we were still trained to try and portray it.
"So yeah definitely, I would love to be in things that are more nuanced," he added.
"After this period and doing Star Wars and being on quite a strict eight-year contract and being out of that, my man now feels like a football player like, 'what team?'
"I feel like definitely, I have more space for things that are different for sure."

These quotes harken back to Boyega's "luxury jail" analogy concerning his Star Wars years.
"Being in a big franchise, it's kind of like luxury jail sometimes for an actor when you want to do something else," he said last year, ahead of starring in Steve McQueen's Small Axe.
"Because remember, in a franchise you're working on one character for many years, which can starve your other muscles."
Bridgerton seasons 1 and 2 are streaming on Netflix. Secret Cinema with Fever Present Bridgerton is open now in Wembley. To purchase tickets, head here.
