St. Joseph Resident Arrested Thursday in Andrew County

A St. Joseph woman was arrested Thursday in Andrew County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol 34-year-old Desirae D. Neff was arrested on a failure to appear misdemeanor warrant out of Cass County.
Neff was also cited for speeding. She was booked into the Andrew County Sherriff’s Office where she awaits bond.
