SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The city of Sioux Falls is once again encouraging the public to participate in Mayor Paul TenHaken’s, “100 Miles in 100 Days” challenge.
Mayor Paul TenHaken started the challenge in 2020 as a way to promote health and wellness while encouraging residents to get out into the community.
During the challenge, participants are encouraged to post a selfie on social media while walking, running, biking or rowing their way to 100 miles.
Don’t forget include the hashtag #100Miles100DaysSF when posting for the chance to win a number of prizes.
Mayor TenHaken will kick off this years challenge at noon on Friday, April 22, with an event at the Levitt Band Shell in downtown Sioux Falls.
