Tillman is starting Sunday's game against the Celtics, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.
Tillman came off the bench in each of his last three appearances and averaged 4.3 points in 9.3 minutes per game. He'll start in Sunday's regular-season finale since Steven Adams (ankle) is out.
