Medical update regarding Jonathan Drouin

The forward underwent wrist surgery and will miss the rest of the season

TORONTO - Following Saturday's game in Toronto, interim head coach Martin St-Louis announced that Jonathan Drouin underwent wrist surgery on Friday.

The operation was performed by Dr. Robert Hotchkiss at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.
Drouin, who has been sidelined since March 21, will not return this season.
He is expected to make a full recovery and be ready for the start of training camp.
