Noel (foot) will not play Sunday against the Raptors.
Noel's foot injury has kept him out since early February. There was some hope that he'd be able to return at the end of the year, but that wasn't the case. He'll finish his second season with the Knicks averaging 3.4 points, 5.6 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 1.2 blocks in 22.5 minutes.
