Pat Cummins hammered 56 off 15 the joint-fastest fifty, off 14 balls in IPL history in a blinder of a cameo that consigned Mumbai Indians to three defeats in as many fixtures. It was Cummins's expensive final over in the first innings which enabled Mumbai Indians to push towards a par score of 161/5 on a sluggish track but Cummins arrived in the 14th over and killed the chase in a flash with a whirlwind knock that included four fours and six towering sixes.
