Raquel Leviss is dating again following her split from James Kennedy. And the guy she went out with is a familiar face to Vanderpump Rules fans. When Raquel appeared on Katie Maloney-Schwartz's You're Gonna Love Me podcast for a recently released episode, she confirmed that she's been out with Peter Madrigal.

How to Watch

"I went out for drinks with Peter. It was just a fun little time. And I figured this would be a good opportunity for me just to get back out in the dating world, because I haven't had an official date since the breakup. So when he asked me to go grab drinks with him, I was like, 'Hm, OK, sure,'" she said, according to E! News. "It was one friendly date. This [was] literally the first person that asked me on a date, and I said yes because why the hell not? It's good practice after five years. It's scary, but it's also invigorating and exciting."

As fans will recall, Raquel and James confirmed they had ended their engagement at the Vanderpump Rules Season 9 reunion, which was filmed back in December. Since then, Raquel has been keeping busy. In addition to dipping her toe back into the dating pond and hanging out with pals like Ariana Madix, Raquel has also been busy with work, including getting ready to compete for the title of Miss California in June. She shared on Katie's podcast, "I've been training and preparing for this competition and focusing all of my energy into preparation for this."

And you can bet that Raquel also touched on another hot topic during her chat with Katie: her ex's new relationship. James went Instagram official and, later, red carpet official with his new girlfriend, Ally.

While chatting with Katie (who also went through a breakup recently), Raquel was prompted with the line "I'm judging you if..." She answered: "...you have a girlfriend after your engagement has ended in a one-month period." She noted, however, that she isn't taking it "too hard." Why? "I was the one that ended things, and we all cope with breakups differently."

She added, "But I do feel like being single isn't a bad thing. I think it's a great time to relearn who you are and heal from your past traumas and to figure out what you really, really like and to date people."
