The Memphis Grizzlies added another milestone to their historic season. Jaren Jackson Jr. is now the franchise's all-time leader in single-season blocks (170).

The rejection came in poetic fashion against the Utah Jazz on Tuesday night. Former Grizzlies point guard Mike Conley was driving to the basket with Jackson trailing. Conley tried to shoot a floater and Jackson swatted it out of bounds.

Paul Gasol set the record during his rookie season in 2001-02. Jackson leads the NBA in total blocks and is having his healthiest season to date. He has played in 76 games after not topping 60 in his first three seasons. His 2.3 blocks per game also paces the NBA.

Jackson joins Desmond Bane and Steven Adams as Grizzlies who have reshaped franchise history this season. Bane broke Mike Miller's record for 3-pointers in a season, and Adams broke Zach Randolph's mark for offensive rebounds in a season.
