Knight stopped all six shots he faced after replacing Sergei Bobrovsky to begin the third period of Saturday's 7-6 overtime win over the Devils.
The 20-year-old goalie looked like he was just coming in to play out the string with New Jersey ahead 6-2, but a miraculous Florida comeback wound up handing Knight a win instead. He improved to 5-2-1 with a 2.18 GAA and .921 save percentage in eight appearances since the beginning of March, and Knight could begin to see more action down the stretch at Bobrovsky's expense.
